I Check My Own Box® (ICMOB®) is a Personal and Professional Development (PPD) organization built on doctrine and powered by systems — delivering clarity, structure, aligned guidance, and leader development to individuals advancing their growth at every level. ICMOB® meets each individual already advancing, providing the systems and aligned guidance that empowers every member of the collective to define and execute their own next level at the top 1% standard. Through doctrine-grounded consulting, learning, and system design, ICMOB® equips each individual to strengthen real-world decision-making and build pathways grounded in integrity, discipline, and long-term alignment at the top 1% standard.

Our Founder

Founded and led by Dr. Suraayah Hunter, DHA, MSHA, BSN, BS Psychology — with 13+ years of cross-industry experience spanning U.S. military service, clinical healthcare, doctoral-level academic achievement, and mentorship affiliations with MIT and the American Nurses Association — ICMOB® carries the values of precision, accountability, and service into every product, program, and initiative. Dr. Hunter’s lived experience extends directly into active community impact as a verified Career Village contributor, and ICMOB® serves those doing the work: healthcare professionals, teachers and educators, students and graduates navigating academic pivots, entrepreneurs, and veterans and active-duty members — at every stage of their journey.
