• After 24 hours, production begins and orders cannot be canceled
Return Policy
Made-to-order products are produced specifically for you and are non-returnable except for defects or production errors.
• Returns require approval and are only accepted for defective or incorrect items
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@icmob.org
• Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem
• Approved returns will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours

Each hoodie receives inspection during production for print quality, garment integrity, and accuracy. Print-on-Demand production ensures fresh, newly printed items with no warehouse storage.
